1. How long have you been in the music industry and has music always been a part of your life?
I’ve been in the music business all my life since a kid around different studios, till I was able to save to pay for my own session.
2. Was there a specific moment in your life where you thought, “music is what I want to do”?
I decided to do music full time when i got out of prison in 2010 because I have a story now to tell and I wrote a lot in jail thinking about my family and outside life
3. What inspires you (or your music)?
I am inspired by 7 kids to continue to do music.
4. Who’s on your iTunes playlist?
My iTunes play list is Streetdude flench which is me lol and gucci , peeweelongway , scareface, lil uzi vert ,zro,Aliefbiggie
5. The project you are currently promoting, how did the idea for it come about?
The idea came for my album just wanting to relate my life of a streetdude to those who are really curious about dealing with a streetdude
6. There are thousands of artists trying to do what you are doing, what do you think gives you an advantage to break into mainstream America?
What makes me different is I sound like no one else in the game plus it’s time the world hear the streetdude of America we all have voices and I’m the voice of the streets.
7. I’ve heard your latest music and it’s amazing! I can definitely tell your sound has evolved over the past few years from previous songs we’ve heard from you online. What are your thoughts on the evolution of an artist and the evolution of music today?
That music change and you must keep up to understand. But I love it. It all has different meanings.
8. Do you have other passions in life? Do you believe passion is an essential part of success?
My other passion is my kids and music and they like music on their own so we share the moments. Yes you have to be passionate in what u do in life that’s why I focus on my seeds so they can grow and shine like they need to, same thing with my music
9. With your current success and working with a renowned PR firm such as Starlight PR, What advice would you give to someone just starting out in his or her career who doesn't even have a studio to record but would love to do what you are doing now?
I would tell them to develop a plan from start to finish, from songs to market plan, and call Starlight to get that jump start.
