Francia Raisa, the Life of an American Teenager star who donated a kidney to Selena Gomez this past summer, is back in the gym just a few months after her surgery. In a video posted to her Instagram, Raisa pulls weights while showing off her surgery scar and abs. "Happy to be back," she captioned the motivating video.
Gomez announced a week ago that she needed a kidney transplant to treat her lupu nephritis. In the same announcement on Instagram, Gomez revealed that her good friend Francia would be the one to sacrifice her kidney.
Gomez is already back at work since her surgery last Thursday, working on set for her upcoming Woody Allen movie.
