BTS Headed to 'The Late Late Show With James Corden'

The K-pop superstars will perform on Tuesday's show.

When up-and-coming cartoonist Keef Knight has a traumatic run-in with the police, he begins to see the world in an entirely new way.

Korean boy band BTS is taking over American televisions this month: Not only are they performing at the AMAsand appearing on The Ellen Degeneres Show and Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the septet surprised fans Monday (Nov. I 13) with news that they'll also be heading to The Late Late Show With James Corden on Tuesday.

The Nov. 14 recording of the show will feature BTS as a special musical guest. Tickets for the taping, available through 1iota, sold out immediately upon the news of the K-pop act's performance.

BTS has made waves internationally propelled by their fan ARMY, which has helped the group become not only a social media heavyweight -- they're the first Korean artist to hit 10 million followers on Twitter -- but also translate that viral prowess into record breaking sales and chart achievements.

American talk shows and late night shows have been the introductory point for many Korean acts to the U.S. The Late Late Show has hosted K-pop acts in the past, with CL performing her first English single "Lifted" on the show last year.

Update: An original version of this article said BTS will perform on Nov. 15, they will perform on Nov. 14.
