Rob Lowe Says Bella Thorne's Attitude About California Mudslides is 'Why People Hate Celebrities'

Rob Lowe felt some disappointment toward fellow actress Bella Thorne, who expressed frustration over missing her boyfriends concert due to the dangerous Montecito mudslides on Thursday (Jan.11).

When up-and-coming cartoonist Keef Knight has a traumatic run-in with the police, he begins to see the world in an entirely new way.

In the since-deleted tweet, Thorne was stuck on the 101 Freeway near Los Angeles. "F--- you 101 to santa barbara. I'm missing my boyfriend's first date on his tour," she wrote.

Lowe reposted the tweet to Instagram with the caption,"This attitude is why people hate celebrities/Hollywood. Bella, I'm sorry you were inconvenienced. We will try to move out our dead quicker."

While the actress didn't directly respond, she read up on the deadly natural disaster that originally caused the traffic. She then had a change in heart and encouraged her followers to "get home to your family safe."

Fuck just caught up on some news had no idea why the 101 was shut down...get home to your family safe ❤️

At least 17 people have been killed so far by the mudslides throughout the Southern Californian area. Many celebrities, including Lowe himself, Oprah Winfrey, Ellen DeGeneres and Jeff Bridges live in the danger zone.
