Gwen Stefani Awkwardly Discusses Blake Shelton's Ex on 'Jimmy Kimmel': Watch

The interview took an uncomfortable turn when Kimmel inquired about Stefani’s favorite music growing up, and if she shared that music with her boyfriend Blake Shelton. “Actually he did tell me that he dated a girl for like three months that had my face plastered over her whole bedroom. So that’s kinda weird, right?”

Luckily Kimmel knew how to cut the tension. “You should find a picture of her face, and plaster it all over your wall,” he said as Stefani bent over laughing. “That’s so gross!” she exclaimed.

She also talked about her residency, and how her performances will take her girl power to the next level: “It’s the next level for me because it’s going to be very theatrical… and it’s just very fun to get very girly and take it to another place that I’ve never got to go before.” Stefani also said that despite her attempts, her parents do not enjoy Vegas.  “I can remember going one time with my parents, and they are so conservative and not about the Vegas experience,” Stefani said, as the audience laughed.
