A judge in New York dismissed the case due to the rapper not being able to complete his probation.

This past October, the DUMMY BOY rapper was back in court for the case and was facing up to four years in a violation of probation. Luckily for him, at the time, he was his probation was extended. Now that he is behind bars, the probation extension was revoked and will receive time served. The 1,000 hours of community service is also thrown out.

Also on the Tekashi front, his album is number one on the Billboard charts, but he can’t do any celebrating as he is facing life in prison and will be behind bars until September of 2019.
