Travis Scott’s Billboard Hot 100 champion “Sicko Mode” (Universal/Sony) featuring contributions from Drake and Skrillex, among others, is on the climb Down Under. After 17 weeks on the ARIA Singles Chart, “Sicko Mode” jumps 14-7, its debut and peak position.
With Christmas sneaking up once more, Mariah Carey‘s yuletide classic “All I Want For Christmas Is You” (Columbia/Sony) returns to the top 20. Carey’s evergreen song peaked at No. 2 after its release in 1994 and this week re-enters at No. 14.
It’s an unchanged top three on the ARIA Albums Chart, as The 1975 enjoy the week’s strongest debut with A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships (Dirty Hit/Sony), the British alternative-pop band’s third studio album. Online Relationships starts at No. 4, and is the followup to, I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It, which led the chart in March 2016.
Michael Buble’s double-diamond Christmas (Reprise/Warner) makes its annual end-of-year rush, up 9-5, one place up from the Canadian crooner’s Love (Warner) set, down 4-6.
After her big night at the ARIA Awards on Nov. 28, Amy Shark’s Love Monster (Wonderlick/Sony) continues its revival on the national chart. In its 21st week on the chart, Shark's former No. 1 improves 12-10, marking the album’s sixth week in the top 10.
