Kendrick Lamar, Drake and Childish Gambino Denied Grammy Performances

The GRAMMYs have a stacked line up of performers including Cardi B, Travis Scott, and Post Malone, but could it have been even crazier?

When up-and-coming cartoonist Keef Knight has a traumatic run-in with the police, he begins to see the world in an entirely new way.

A report from the New York Times details the Hip-Hop trio of Kendrick Lamar, Drake and Childish Gambino were all offered time on the GRAMMY stage but declined the opportunity.

Kendrick’s Black Panther soundtrack has the most nominations for the evening at eight, with Drake right behind him at seven. Childish Gambino himself received four nominations, however, there are currently nod details if any of the three will be in attendance at all.

The GRAMMYs seem to have an issue with performers this year, yesterday Ariana Grande pulled out of the show due to creative differences.

The 2019 Grammy Awards will air this Sunday, February 10 on CBS.
