T.I. Says His Floyd Mayweather Diss Track "F*ck N***a" Had Nothing to Do With Tiny

First, a little background information: In the days following Gucci's blackface scandal, T.I. called on his fans to join him in a boycott against the label. A number of celebrities have since joined the effort, while others, including Mayweather, have dimissed the outrage and said they had no intentions of boycotting Gucci.

"You know when everybody else they say, 'Everybody gonna boycott?' I say guess what, this boy gonna get on a yacht and live life," Mayweather told TMZ as he was headed into Gucci store this week. "We all know racism still exists but that's not gonna stop my drive. I've got friends from all walks of life and to me of course, black lives matter first ... but my thing is this, I'm gonna continue to go out there live life and be happy."

T.I. responded to Mayweather's stance with a diss track called "F*ck N***a," in which he referenced an "old greedy ass n***a" who's "only thinkin’ about himself." The record's cover art featured Mayweather's mugshot Photoshopped with Gucci's controversial "blackface" sweater.

Many people suspected T.I.'s diss track was less about Gucci and more about Mayweather's alleged affair with Tiny. Several years ago, it was rumored that Tiny was romantically involved with Mayweather, as they were spotted together on multiple occasions. The rumors were fueled after T.I. and Mayweather's 2014 physical altercation.

On Friday, TIP told his fans that the diss track and physical altercation did not stem from the cheating allegations.

"Man, listen. If it was anything, I don't give a fuck, bro. You know what I mean? If she went over there and had a good time, that's goddamn nice for her. Wonderful. I'm glad," T.I. said on Instagram Live. "[...] But guess what? It wasn't nice enough of her to stay. I don't give a fuck one way or another."

Tiny has denied ever sleeping with the boxing champ, but admitted she appreciated the attention as she was feeling neglected by T.I.

"Yeah, but I think it was fine. Every woman needs a little something, attention, especially when she ain’t getting it," Tiny said on an episode of Kandi Koated Nights. "If you ain't giving it, she's gonna go what, get it somewhere else."
