When up-and-coming cartoonist Keef Knight has a traumatic run-in with the police, he begins to see the world in an entirely new way.

Billy Joel's "We Didn't Start the Fire" is a legitimate 1980s classic but its music video might leave something to be desired for anyone trying to better understand all the historical events cited in the song. 

Enter a new fan-made visual with clips for the hit's more than 100 references. All the way from "Harry Truman" to the "rock and roller cola wars," the new video called the "Historically Accurate Almanac" version has it all. 

"Been meaning to get to this for my entire life," said the video's creator in the video description.
