Upcoming 100: What inspired you to become a music artist, and how did you discover your passion for creating music?
What inspire me to become a music artist is being around a lot of musical people in my family, entertaining and performing on holidays and family gatherings . My mom and grandma knew I had talent at a young age. I just always loved to sing and rap and dance and entertain others. It’s been my dream since I was a little girl. I look up to other artists that inspire me to become an music artist. Music always been my passion when I was a kid I just knew what I wanted to do.
 
Upcoming 100: Can you describe your creative process when it comes to writing and producing songs?
Well my creative process when I write songs is I get an inspirations from my life experiences. I’m all about women empowerment and telling a story in my music. I like all types of genres r&b hip hop and rap. So o it really depends on the right timing when I drop new music. If it’s the summer I’m dropping up tempo and fun dancy song . Every song I created is always is going to be about what I seen and what I been through. I always try to some relatable music for other’s. 
 
Upcoming 100: What kind of music do you primarily create, and how would you categorize your unique sound or style?
The type of music That I create is r&b, pop, hip hop and rap. I just love all types of music. I don’t stick to one lane. I like to explore. I always try to stand out and be myself. So when I be in the studio I make sure I don’t sound like nobody else but myself and knowing exactly what I want to do and how I want others to feel when they hear my music. I love fashion so my style it varies. It depends on where I’m going or what I have to do.
 
Upcoming 100: Who are some of your biggest musical influences, and how have they impacted your own artistic development?
I have a few  artists who influences and inspire me and made me feel like I can do the same thing by working hard and being different and an inspiration to others. I love Beyoncé because she is about women empowerment and makes relatable music and a legend. I love ray Charles and Stevie wonder. I love ray Charles and Stevie wonder because they stand and sings about real life events. These artsit that I look up to change the world and made wonderful music and that exactly  what I want to do I want my music to make people heal and feel good about they self and have fun.

Upcoming 100: Tell us about your journey in the music industry so far – any challenges you've faced and how you overcame them.
My journey been up and down. Everyday I learned new things about what should I do, how should  I promote myself and working with others on collaborations. At  first  I just wanted to be an songwriter but I decided to be an whole artist and a songwriter. I’m learning how to promote myself better and having the right team for me. Also making sure I be consistent, dropping more music and letting people know who RahRah is. 
 
Upcoming 100: How do you balance your personal life with your music career, and how do you maintain your mental and emotional well-being?
Balancing my personal life with my music career is extremely hard but I make sure I work hard and make sure I spend time with my self and spending more time with my family. Trying to create great music and spending  quality time with my family is very important to me so I make sure I keep an schedule. Maintaining my mental health and my well being in the music industry honestly I just ignore negativity  and understanding my purpose in life. Spending time alone and loving myself makes me stronger so I tried to not to be stress and keep an smile on my face.
 
Upcoming 100: How do you stay current with music trends and ensure your music remains relevant in today's competitive industry?
I’m very tap in on what’s trending and what people like and what people want to hear. I got an viral song  out right now called you ain’t even ready that’s my next single dropping before the summer. I make sure i pay attention to what my fans like and what other people like so my next single is going to be an up tempo , dancy , hip hop , rap song that’s why the song is viral right now and its very relatable. 

Upcoming 100: What role does collaboration play in your artistic growth, and have you collaborated with any other artists or producers?
Collaborations are very important. I’m always talking and meeting different producers. I love to explore different beats and sounds that’s not already out there yet. I Also love collaborating with other artists if they support me then I support them. 
 
Upcoming 100: Can you share any upcoming projects or releases that fans can look forward to?
Yes I have an EP dropping this summer I also have an new single called you ain’t even ready that is going viral from a snippet that I gave to my fans. The single is dropping before the summer and it’s so amazing to receive all the love that people been showing me. The songs in my EP is so inspiring relatable fun and catchy and and I’m so excited to share this to the world. I been working on this for a long time. I like to dance and make music for  people to dance to and feel good about themselves.

Upcoming 100: How do you handle criticism and negative feedback as a new artist in the industry?
I don’t care about what people say. I care about how someone’s feels when they hear my music. I know what I’m  capable of and I know what I can bring to the table. I stay focused on my purpose in life and I ignore all negativity.
 
Upcoming 100: What advice would you give to aspiring musicians who are just starting their journey in the music industry?
The advice that I will give to upcoming artists is always be yourself, be consistent, interact with your fans, being on social media, never give up, stay focused on what you trying to accomplish. Always try to make music that stands out and don’t try to be nobody else but yourself. Make sure you promote yourself everyday
