Fred Durst Makes Impassioned Plea to Trump: 'Stop This Manipulation'

Fred Durst has a request for President Trump: “Please sir, just stop this manipulation and raise the bar.”

When up-and-coming cartoonist Keef Knight has a traumatic run-in with the police, he begins to see the world in an entirely new way.

The Limp Bizkit frontman tweeted the plea Sunday (Jan. 7) in response to Trump’s attack on CNN host Jake Tapper. The President called Tapper a “flunky” following an impassioned on-air interview between the host and the Trump Administration’s Stephen Miller.

“You have this wonderful opportunity to make our world better,” Durst wrote. “We unmistakably need a role model and leader for the now, and the future. This isn’t the way.”

Until now, Durst has remained fairly silent on social media, especially when it comes to politics. Meanwhile, Limp Bizkit is gearing up for numerous live shows overseas beginning in March.
