The singer posted two photos, one of her holding a newborn Delilah-Rae shortly after giving birth to her and another of the youngster sitting in front of her first birthday cake.
"I can't believe a whole year has gone by!" she wrote. "Happy 1st birthday Delilah-Rae"
Lloyd and her husband Craig Monk welcomed their daughter on May 25, 2018.
