Jennifer Lopez, Cardi B and Lizzo lead an all-star cast in the crime caper about strippers who scammed their wealthy Wall Street clients. And judging by the trailer, which dropped at midnight, it’ll get pulses racing.
The clip leads with J.Lo showing off her pole-dancing talents, as a teacher to her co-workers and as a professional exotic dancer. The Latin star goes on to lead the ladies into a brilliant heist. “The game is rigged and it does not reward people who play by the rules,” she tells her co-stars. “It’s like robbing a bank, but you get the keys.” You want J.Lo and Co. to win.
Hustlers is directed by Lorene Scafaria and produced by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay along with Lopez and Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas. The feature film, adapted from Jessica Pressler's 2015 New York Magazine article, "The Hustlers at Scores," is set to hit theaters on Sept. 13 via STX Films.
