The track, which is in its fourth week at No. 1 on the Hot Latin Songs chart, takes the Airplay crown with an 11% gain in audience impressions (to 14 million) earned in the week ending Sept. 15, according to Nielsen Music.
With the move, J Balvin breaks out of a four-way tie for the third-most leaders, as he now stands alone with 16 No. 1s. Meanwhile, Anuel and Karol G secure their fifth leader, while Daddy Yankee and Ozuna up their career count to 15 and 14 No. 1s, respectively.

Beyond the Latin Airplay coronation, “China” also rules Hot Latin Songs for a fourth week and lands a top the Latin Rhythm Airplay chart with a 3-1 climb. The song is just the fourth title to rule all three charts in 2019. It follows Bad Bunny’s “MIA,” featuring Drake (No. 1; Feb. 9 and Feb. 16), Daddy Yankee’s “Con Calma” (No. 1; May 25, June 15-June 29) and “Otro Trago” by Sech, Darell, Nicky Jam, Ozuna and Anuel AA (Aug. 31). Elsewhere, it continues its ascent on the Latin Pop Airplay tally, ranking at its No. 2 high on the current chart list.
Jhay Cortez’s First Top 10, First Chart Entry: Meanwhile, six slots below “China” on Latin Airplay, Jhay Cortez, J Balvin and Bad Bunny’s “No Me Conoce” hikes 13-7. It’s Cortez’s first top 10 on the list with his first chart visit. He is just the third act to secure a first top 10 with a first charting title in 2019. The other two? Sech with “Otro Trago” (peaked at No. 1; Aug. 31) and Snow through his featured role on Daddy Yankee’s “Con Calma” (ruled for eight nonconsecutive weeks starting March 16.)
J Balvin, meanwhile, now ties with Luis Miguel for the seventh-most top 10s, both with 21, and Ozuna claims his ninth.
