Upcoming 100: What is the inspiration behind your music, and how do you hope your fans will connect with it?

Jon Steele: The inspiration behind my music comes from life experiences, motivation, love, passion, creativity, positive energy, uniqueness, dreams, talents and hard work. My fans will connect through its beauty and unique heart and style.

Upcoming 100: Can you tell us about your songwriting process? Do you have a typical approach or do you like to experiment and try new things?

Jon Steele: My songwriting process to the songs I sing, play drums and guitar to all comes to come together in very unique sound as my drums and singing are played at the same time and guitar and vocals. When I have no idea how to put music to a song, I write the lyrics and forward to a music production company to sing and record music too it.

Upcoming 100: Who are some of your biggest musical influences, and how have they impacted your sound?

Jon Steele: Rush, Bruce Springsteen, U2, Simple Minds, Journey, The outlaws, Iron maiden, Metallica, Weird Al Yankovich, John Mellencamp. These musicians impacted my sound of sounding more rock, pop, country and comical.

Upcoming 100: What's the most important lesson you've learned as a musician, and how has it helped you grow as an artist?

Jon Steele: Have fun with the music always because you can’t say you are making money off your craft. It takes the business side of it to do this. I have grown has an artist to entertain the world even for not profit.

Upcoming 100: How do you approach your live performances? Do you have any rituals or pre-show routines that help you get ready?

Jon Steele: I haven’t ever performed live except a few talents shows at Penn state campus and A Va Hospital.

Upcoming 100: What's the most challenging part of being a musician, and how do you overcome those challenges?

Jon Steele: Being taken advantage of in the business by scammers. Do more research.

Upcoming 100: Can you tell us about some of your favorite songs or albums that you've worked on? What made them special to you?

Jon Steele: My favorite songs are crossing paths, American Johnny, In A soldiers Stance, Lost in the Rain, In Love With Melissa, Presumptive letsky and cynical latsky. They are all special because of my creativity was fully unique shown by my life experiences.

Upcoming 100: How do you stay inspired and motivated to continue creating music? Do you have any specific habits or routines that help keep your creative juices flowing?

Jon Steele: I love to write, I’m a writer, composer, drummer, vocalist. This is my passion, my love for art and music.

Upcoming 100: What's the most rewarding part of being a musician, and how does it make you feel when you see your fans connecting with your music?

Jon Steele: The most rewarding part is to know someone listened to my music whether they like it or not. I’m having fun and I want my fans to have fun.10. How do you balance your creative pursuits with other aspects of your life, such as personal relationships or business responsibilities? I make time for everything positive in my life. I create priority list of the day’s events.

Upcoming 100: Can you tell us about any upcoming projects or tours that you're excited about? What can fans expect from these new releases?

Jon Steele: Ill be working 100 new songs this year from, country, rock, Christian and comical releases. I will probably sing on all 100 songs which my first 100 I only sang on 23 of them.

Upcoming 100: What advice would you give to aspiring musicians who are just starting out in their careers? What's the most important thing they should know about making it in the music industry?

Jon Steele: Don’t do this unless its’s a passion in case you fail as your goals because even if you do you always have fun like me. Have other ways to make income before you make lots of money from songwriting. Explore a music manager, a free lancing service, small business administration, Music submit companies.
