Blink-182 have officially unveiled their first concert dates for 2027, including headline appearances at Rock Am Ring and Rock Im Park.
The pop punk icons are set to headline the two major German festivals next summer. Both events teased the announcement on Instagram yesterday (June 5) with a simple message that read: “THEY ARE COMING…”
Rock Am Ring and Rock Im Park are held over the same weekend each year, with Rock Am Ring taking place at the Nürburgring racing venue in western Germany and Rock Im Park being staged at Zeppelin Field in Nuremberg. Artists traditionally perform at both festivals during the weekend.
The 2027 editions will run from June 4 to June 6 and will mark Blink-182’s first time performing at either event. Tickets for next summer’s festivals go on sale at 12pm on Tuesday (June 9), and fans can purchase yours here.
This year’s festivals are currently taking place, with Linkin Park, Iron Maiden, Limp Bizkit, Bad Omens, Papa Roach and The Offspring leading the lineup. Other acts appearing across the weekend include Tom Morello, A Perfect Circle, Mastodon, Three Days Grace and The Pretty Reckless.
Back in February, Blink-182 performed what they described as their only public concert of 2026 at the Innings Festival in Tempe, Arizona. The trio also appeared at a private event hosted by Mercedes in Los Angeles on May 19.
Their most recent album remains 2023’s ‘One More Time…’, which reunited Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge and Travis Barker on a full length release for the first time in more than a decade. Their latest major run of live dates was last year’s ‘Missionary Impossible’ tour.
Travis Barker is also the focus of an upcoming documentary titled Louder Than Fear, which will premiere at the Tribeca Festival on June 13 before arriving on Hulu in the United States and Disney+ internationally on August 13.
Directed by Justin Krook and Michael Dwyer, the film follows Barker’s life and career, including the 2008 plane crash that nearly killed him and the personal recovery journey that followed.
More recently, Barker joined Clipse on stage during Coachella 2026 and collaborated on the theme song for the television series Rooster alongside Michael Stipe of R.E.M., Andrew Watt and Josh Klinghoffer.
Meanwhile, bassist Mark Hoppus recently revealed during a Sydney performance that Australian rock favourites Violent Soho are reuniting.
